San Francisco's Food Blogger Bake Sale

I am really excited to participate in this year's Food Blogger Bake Sale. It being held Saturday, May 14 from 10am to 6pm at the 18 Reasons building, 3674 18th St, San Francisco.  This is an event where local food bloggers bake their favorite recipes, come together for a day and make money for a really good cause.  All the money raised from the bake sale will be going to "Share Our Strength", a group dedicated to ending childhood hunger.

To see which food bloggers in the San Francisco area have signed up to help, check out the Bake Sale home page.  I will be there with a couple gluten free chocolate layer cakes, mini zucchini breads (also gluten free) and some hand painted sugar cookies.

Here is some info from the website:  "The 2nd annual National Food Bloggers Bake Sale, will be held on May 14th 2011 from 10am to 6pm. Organized and spearheaded by Gaby Dalkin of What’s Gaby Cooking, food bloggers from across the US will unite to help end childhood hunger by holding bake sales in their cities. Fans and readers will have an opportunity to taste the baked goods from their favorite food blogs as well as support a great cause."

If you are not in the San Francisco Bay Area, click here to find a Bake Sale happening near you.
