Wellness Expo in Ocean City, NJ this weekend

The "Worlds of Wellness" expo will be happening this weekend at the Music Pier in Ocean City, New Jersey. If you are in the area, come check it out. I will be there on Saturday, May 17th selling gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes and muffins. I will also be participating in the cooking demo from 12pm to 2pm demonstrating tasty ways to prepare vegetarian ingredients like tofu and tempeh.

Ocean City, NJ - Worlds of Wellness also known as WOW is launching it’s public show at the Ocean City Music Pier May 16 & 17. 2 hour workshops are available for $20 each. Workshops will give hands on exposure to ancient and modern hands-on holistic and natural techniques for health and prevention such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy for pets and people, Ear Candling, Stretching, and Hands on Healing for Headaches. Expo pass is $3 Children 15 and under enter for free – During the expo speakers will cover a variety of topics from what we can do about what’s really in our drinking water to accepting warm fuzzy feelings from our pets and how they can improve our health. Also, presentations about changing our lives to an organic fashion show to alter our shopping consciousness and interesting vendors will be on hand for purchasing opportunities.

Nourishment and delicious fun for everyone is being handled by Ocean City Restaurant Association Chef Andy Yoa owner of The Island Grill who will be featuring unique and healthy options from their menu along with other items. The Holistic Chef Andrea Boje of Egg Harbor Township is consulting with participating Chefs to ensure they are providing healthy meals for the day of the event. Andrea will be providing fresh baked goods at the Expo on Saturday including gluten-free and dairy-free options. Andrea's baked goods are also free from refined sugar and organic when possible.
